According to a report by British tabloid The Sun, Britney will be performing her new single, "Womanizer," on Simon Cowell's UK reality show "The X Factor."
The appearance is reportedly set to happen in Decemeber.
"Everyone is thrilled. To have Britney involved is a massive coup. They expect ratings to go through the roof when her performance airs," a source close to the show reportedly told The Sun.
When contacted by Access Hollywood, reps for Britney were not immediately available for comment on the report.
